The disclaimer will always stay on there - we advise keeping disclaimers down to an absolute minimum to stop space taken up, on both the EA and EPC plan.

As for the excluded areas, it does count windows and doors.

We haven’t had anyone mention this before, but it does seem that if you exclude a room then it should exclude everything in that room.

We will check with some other DEA's to confirm this - if anyone else agrees please let us know either by posting or email - the more people agreeing the quicker we can amend the software.
