Hi All
I use Smart floorplan and it seems a very good solution, however I have one issue that maybe someone can help with. One of my agents wants the images of each floor to be one on top of the other instead of side by side. Any ideas if TMA san save the images this way or am I going to have to edit the image myself afterwards.

Hi there, You can achieve this in TMA. Basically we take a good guess on where the floors are positioned based on the size of the image you save, and the size of the property. So for example, if you have a wide but shallow property, and save the image 8 inches square, it will save them top and bottom. If the property is narrow but tall, it will save them side by side in an 8 inch image. So the trick is to save the image out tall but narrow. This should force most properties top and bottom. So, when you are saving your image out, at the size screen, choose something like 4 inches wide x 8 inches tall to get them to position top and bottom. Hope that helps! I have another issue that has arrisen from the same agent.
They need the images to be saved as a WMF Homeview compatable. So I go to save the image as 3.5 x 8 " and choose .WMF and tick the homeview box. When I then save the image it saves a 2.6k file called nosuchimage. If I go back and save as a JPG it works fine. ?

Hi, When you choose the size of the image, and wish to use the compatible with Homeview style, you need to make sure you choose the Homeview size, which is 8" x 6". This is to do with the aspect ratio in Homeview, so saving with many other size won't work correctly for Homeview compatible images However there is a broader issue with Homeview and WMF's which have been covered in this post: http://www.themobileagent.co.uk/forum/default.aspx?g=posts&t=85The upshot is our Homeview compatible WMF's don't work. But even if they did, up to 40% of people would be able to view them on the clients website anyway, because WMF's do not work in web browsers other than Internet Explorer. Hope this makes sense!
