My floorplans look strange on the web. Why?
The latest version of Internet Explorer took a huge backward step in the way that it shows WMFs, with the result that perfectly good floorplans may now look very poor on the internet. Your web provider probably allows you to send them your floorplans in a different format (e.g. JPG or PNG). See below for help with converting your WMF files to other formats.
How can I check my WMFs?
If you are using Windows XP, you can check how your original WMFs look by simply double clicking on them. In other version of Windows, you may need to insert them into Microsoft Word to view them accurately (create a new document, then click Insert > Insert Picture > From File). Click here for more help with Microsoft Word.
Converting to JPG or PNG
In The Mobile Agent, click the Tools menu and go into Options. Tick the floorplan formats that you want and click OK.
