Error messages
If you have a message which says "Illegal operation" or "Fatal exception", please write down the exact message. Reset your Pocket PC (click here for instructions) and check you are on the latest version (click here to see how). If you are, please send us an error report by clicking here.
The Mobile Agent has stopped responding
If The Mobile Agent isn't responding to your pen taps, you will have to reset your Pocket PC. Click here for instructions. Once you have done this, please send us a crash report by clicking here.
Other problems
If The Mobile Agent hasn't crashed or given you an error message, but is behaving oddly, click here.
