Are you still using the same Pocket PC?
If you haven't got a software serial number, you will still be ok as long as you are still using the same Pocket PC that you originally registered with us. Read the relevant section below.

Yes, this is the same Pocket PC
If you have definitely registered this Pocket PC with us before, you shouldn't need a software serial number. However, a few Pocket PCs have unusual hardware IDs, making it hard for us to recognise them. Make absolutely sure that you haven't got a serial number on the back of your CD case (it looks like this: 1234-5678-9012-3456), and that you are installing from our download page, not your CD, then click here to ask us to send you your serial number.

No, it's a different Pocket PC
Your copy of The Mobile Agent was registered to a different Pocket PC. If you want to run it on a new Pocket PC as well as the original one, click here to purchase a new license. To swap your license to a different Pocket PC (maybe because the original one died), click here.
