Can't find your folder? First, open Microsoft ActiveSync and look at the name of your Pocket PC:
If you are using ActiveSync, your synchronised files folder will be called this plus "My Documents" - so in the case above, look for a folder on your desktop called "Pocket_PC My Documents". The folder will look like that below left.
If you are using Windows Mobile Device Centre, your synchronised files folder will be called this preceded by "Documents on" - so in the case above, look for a folder on your desktop called "Documents on Pocket_PC". The folder will look like that below right.
Still can't find your folder? Make sure your Pocket PC is connected, open Microsoft ActiveSync and click on Tools, then Options along the top bar. Make sure that "Files" is ticked in the list.
If you still can't find your folder, have a look in My Documents - it will be in there.
And finally, if you still can't find it (and your Pocket PC is definitely connected), contact the vendor that you bought your Pocket PC from.
