The Mobile Agent software runs on any Pocket PC with at least 64MB of RAM and which uses one of the following Pocket PC operating systems:

• Windows Mobile 6 (The Mobile Agent Version 5 only)
• Windows Mobile 5
• Windows Mobile 2003


The Pocket PC must connect to a desktop PC running Microsoft Windows 2000, XP or Vista. Please note Windows 98 is no longer supported.

We currently support Pocket PC's with screen resolutions of 320 x 240 (known as QVGA) and 640 x 480 (VGA)*

The current Pocket PC we recommend is the HP iPaq 114. A top of the range model is the HTC Advantage - X7500. This has many advantages, including a 5" screen.

* Please note The Mobile Agent Version 4 will only run on Pocket PC's with a screen resolution of 320 x 240 (known as QVGA), and installation via Windows Vista is not supported.

• Microsoft Windows 2000 / XP / Vista. Please note Windows 98 is no longer supported, and Version 4 of The Mobile Agent will not run on a Windows Vista    operating system.

• PC with 600 megahertz (MHz) or higher processor clock speed recommended.

• 128 megabytes (MB) of RAM or higher recommended.

• Super VGA (800 × 600) or higher resolution video adapter, running at 96dpi.

• Internet connection (for authorisation and updates).
