Error messages
If you have a message which says "Illegal operation" or "Fatal exception", please write down the exact message. Restart your PC and check you are on the latest version of The Mobile Agent (see above). If you are, please send us an error report by clicking here.

The Mobile Agent has stopped responding
If The Mobile Agent isn't responding to your mouse clicks, try closing it using the X as usual. If this doesn't work, you will have to restart your PC. Once you have done this, please send us a crash report by clicking here.

Other problems
If The Mobile Agent hasn't crashed or given you an error message, but is behaving oddly, click here.
