You need a software serial number ...

... but you've either lost it or were never given one. First, check the information we sent you when you bought the software. This could be either or both of the following:

    An email containing the serial numbers; or
    A CD case that we sent you - your serial number will be printed on the back

If you still can't find it, please email the support team to request your serial number.

Having problems installing from CD?
The whole installation and authorisation process has recently been improved, so please don't install from your CD - install from the internet by visiting the downloads page or by clicking here. Do this first, and if you still have problems, come back to this website and read on.

Having trouble installing from the web?
If the installation repeatedly fails, please uninstall The Mobile Agent for Pocket PC (how?) and reinstall it from our downloads page. You won't lose any of your saved files by doing this.

ActiveSync/Windows Mobile Device Centre has stopped working!
A few users have reported problems with Microsoft ActiveSync/Windows Mobile Device Centre (e.g. not connecting properly) after installing the latest version of The Mobile Agent. If this affects you, click here for help.

Why is The Mobile Agent not on my Start menu?
Some recent Pocket PCs come loaded with so many built-in applications that there is no room for The Mobile Agent on your Start menu! To move it there manually, tap Start Settings Personal Menus and use the tick boxes to add and remove links from your Start menu. Note: unticking an item will move it from your Start menu into your Programs folder, it will not uninstall it.
