The Mobile Agent software runs on any Pocket PC
with at least 64MB of RAM and which uses one of the
following Pocket PC operating systems:
• Windows Mobile 6 (The Mobile Agent Version 5 only)
• Windows Mobile 5
• Windows Mobile 2003
The Pocket PC must connect to a desktop PC or laptop running Microsoft Windows 2000, XP, Vista or Windows 7. Please note Windows 98 and Windows ME are no longer supported.
We currently support Pocket PC's with screen resolutions of 320 x 240 (known as QVGA) and 640 x 480 (VGA)*

* Please note The Mobile Agent Version 4 will only run on Pocket PC's with a screen resolution of 320 x 240 (known as QVGA), and installations via Windows Vista or Windows 7 are not supported.
System requirements - Desktop, Laptop or Tablet PC
• Microsoft Windows 2000 / XP / Vista / Windows 7. Please note Windows 98 and ME are no longer supported, and Version 4 of The Mobile Agent will not run on a Windows Vista or Windows 7 operating system.
• PC with 600 megahertz (MHz) or higher processor clock speed recommended.
• 128 megabytes (MB) of RAM or higher recommended.
• Super VGA (800 × 600) or higher resolution video adapter, running at 96dpi.
• Internet connection (for authorisation and updates).
